  • Creating and managing designs that cover nearly $750,000 per year in customer product with sub-2% design-related refundable error rate over eight years..

  • Development and coding of Illustrator automation scripts which increased designer efficiency and further decreased production related errors and re-run costs. Assisted in coding the Design Department’s workflow changes to accommodate a major business initiative to streamline production and increase cost savings.

  • Lead the research and development of a new method for creating realistic garment mockups digitally, reducing real material costs and sewing hours while allowing for more expedient output.

  • Drafting Notice-of-Action letters for plan members.

  • Ensuring letter documentation met regulatory and accreditation requirements while meeting quality and production metrics.
